The Newbie Marketer No Longer Has To Fear Unsavory Marketing Mentors
The newbie marketer probably has heard of the old saying that it takes a village to raise a child. A child in this sense is representing a newbie marketer just starting out with everything yet to learn, just beginning to spread their wings. They are full of aspirations, excitement and a willingness to learn. The villagers are on the lookout for the child's well being, protecting them from the evil outsiders that lurk in the surrounding jungle, the ferocious predators that circle the village sniffing out their next victim to be their prey and from the outer villages, which have a tendency to be interspersed with savages and charlatans hidden among them.

The villagers not only protect the child, but each one shares, teaches, molds and shapes.  They are the marketing mentors to the child in their select area of knowledge and expertise, knowing that when the child grows, he too will be a productive and helpful citizen of their great village and partake in the teaching, advising and protecting of all new children, adding strength to the village. They understand the concept that the total of all of the members' power working together is greater than the sum of each individual villagers power. They know the key is in teamwork and therefore no villager is an island onto him or herself.

A child also represents one who has been involved in other villages that didn't carry the philosophy of this great village and have learned all the wrong techniques, have been taught out and out lies, who have been deceived and have had not only their life savings stolen from them, but their dreams as well. These traumatized children need to be cared for, encouraged and basically re-raised.  And the villagers here are only too eager to take them under their wings, pour into them, protect them and set them on the correct path just as gently and methodically as they do the newbie marketer. This is a wise village that understands whatever has been given them, they pass along, they keep the torch burning!

As word of the power of the village spreads from region to region, it also brings many knowledgeable members to the village who have been lost in a sea of millions of the those who were not cut from the same cloth. Those who have tired of hearing all of the misinformation and the witnessing of children treading through dangerous and booby trapped places fearing they may step on a land mine at any given moment which could explode and shatter their dreams into oblivion.  They feel that they have finally found a community comprised of like minded people who have the same heartbeat as they do. In turn, they also all too happily give of their acquired knowledge and expertise to those in the village who are eager and hungering to be trained.

The leaders of this esteemed and unique village have a no tolerance rule for unsavory characters who try to slip in under the cover of night to entice the children away from the village with shiny objects of deception and with the intentions of making them their personal slaves of profit. The leaders then make a public spectacle of these pretenders forbidding them residency by banning them from the village, keeping it upright, decent and honest. The only shiny objects to be found in this community are the exemplary reputations of this village's citizens.

This is the village to raise a child; this marketing mentor's village is AP!
