Thrombosed Hemorrhoid Cure - Eliminate the Pain and Discomfort
Thrombosed hemorrhoids are extremely painful and annoying to deal with. Studies estimate that over 75% of the US population have or will have hemorrhoid symptoms. Fortunately, there is a thrombosed hemorrhoid cure and treatments to relieve the pain and discomfort.

External Hemorrhoids

External hemorrhoids appear away from the dentate line, which is the junction that separates the anus from the rectum. Thrombosed external hemorrhoids (clots) occur when through straining during a bowel movement, the thrombosed hemorrhoid is pushed outside the anal area.

Veins in that area become extended and swollen. Blood accumulates in the swollen vein and if the blood pools, it can clot. The swollen vein has a bluish color.

Because the anal area is laden with nerve endings, an external thrombosed hemorrhoid is very painful, almost excruciating. Acute constipation, straining, and childbirth are the most common causes of thrombosed hemorrhoids.

Internal Hemorrhoids

Internal hemorrhoids lie within the rectum higher up the anal canal above the dentate line. Because this area has few nerve endings, internal hemorrhoids are much less likely to be painful. They are detected by blood in the stool or bleeding around the anus.

Are you looking for thrombosed hemorrhoid cure? Below are a few different options to help relieve and eliminate the pain and discomfort. Consider them before buying into expensive treatments. They also work well as an internal hemorrhoids relief.

However, if you experience severe unbearable pain, then you should contact your physician. They will advise you of other hemorrhoid treatment and relief options.

Sitz Baths

This is a great way to help get some relief from your hemorrhoids. It can help reduce the size of the hemorrhoids and can help reduce some of the irritation as well as the itching. For best results, you may want to do this at least two or three times each day.

Cleanse Thoroughly

While you are dealing with hemorrhoids, you should always ensure that the area stays well cleansed and dry. After you have a bowel movement, whenever practical, you should clean the anus using a cloth soaked in warm water. You can ensure a reduction in the swelling and irritation by cleaning the area thoroughly.

As an external hemorrhoids remedy, using ice may seem a little painful and contrary to sitz baths, but in all actuality, using ice is going to provide relief on contact and immediately. It will aid in reducing the swelling as well as the burning.

You can use ice as often as you want throughout the day for intervals of no more than 15-20 minutes at a time. Remember to apply a barrier like a soft washcloth between your skin and the ice or ice pack.

Thrombosed hemorrhoid cures can provide relief until the hemorrhoids are gone completely. Only use the sample of remedies listed above for a short period. If you still notice acute pain and discomfort or they are not going away at all, you should consult your physician.

Always consult with your physician before attempting any further hemorrhoid remedies.
