2. Find a cookbook. This is not entirely necessary but can help make the dinner selection process go much more smoothly. Simply flip through the pages and write down the dishes that look interesting. Including the page number will make it easier to find later on. Try to choose dishes in different categories. For example, Instead of choosing ten or twelve recipes making use of beef, try to include recipes for chicken or pork.

3. Create the prize wheel wedges. Some providers include a template that will make creating the inserts quicker and easier.
