SEO Performs Better With Good Content
In the world of Atlanta search engine optimization, content is considered highly valued. That is to say, Google puts high value on relevant, valid content and will only show results that are likely to satisfy what a person is searching for. On the World Wide Web, your content has to be relevant in order for people searching a topic to be interested in your website. And, with the increased need for optimized keyword results, the world of SEO has been drastically changed over the last ten years. Thanks to an ever increasing number of websites on the internet, search engines had to develop a way to determine which websites are more relevant. Google, as an example, determines the value and relevancy of a website by "reading" the content and picking out particular keywords. Therefore, article writing has become a key factor for SEO professionals who are trying to optimize a website page for one specific keyword.

Articles are written differently in three ways.

1. It is a different audience. Years ago, articles were pretty much only written as a way to instruct others. Most of the time, they were fairly formal and informative, tailored to the general reader. At that point, the internet was full of information that would have fit nicely in magazines or newspapers. However, as the needs of consumers changed, so did article writing. Articles are no longer boring or broad and topic. In fact, those types of articles do not do well in Google because they are not as relevant as shorter articles. Rather, Google is now looking for articles that are casual in tone, specifically talking about one in-depth subject and offer useful information to an internet researcher.

2. The Demands are Different. When you write for SEO purposes, you have to write a bit differently. You cannot write on any topic, post it everywhere and claim that it is unique and valuable content. Google algorithms have been created to be intuitive enough to know that an article can be duplicated. Thus, when you post identical articles, one will be counted as original and the other 99 will be considered syndicated and will add value to the original article. As such, you cannot just write one article and be successful. Google likes fresh, unique content. Article writing has really become something of an art. You have to develop a subtle strategy to be effective. Once you have become proficient at article writing, you are halfway there to becoming a professional search engine optimizer.

3. Technology has changed. The advent of genius search engines, namely Google, has had the greatest impact in influencing how articles are written. With years of slight changes to algorithms, Google seems to be able to "read" the content of articles and interpret the phrases. Rather than just determining the number of words in an article, and determining the subject matter by the number of times a specific keyword is repeated, Google algorithms look at the whole body of work as a whole. Google is looking for a natural approach in language and is also calculating how long each visitor is staying on the article page. The longer you stay on a website, the more content you find interesting and valuable.

If you bothered to read this article from start to finish, Google knows, based on how long you stayed, that you found it interesting and helpful. When I wrote this article, I did not write it just to add text to the web. I wrote to educate and inform you on the history of article writing and how it has changed so that you could write better Atlanta search engine optimization articles.

When all is said and done, you have to write your articles differently in order to get better Atlanta search engine optimization results. Since Google invests so much time getting the most relevant results to searchers, you need to invest the time to learn how Google is interpreting your content writing. It needs to be interesting, casual, and unique.
