Natural stress relief could it be better than taking pills?
Natural stress relief is something definitely worth looking at if your are suffering from symptoms of stress and anxiety. You do not always have to rely on medication to end your panic attacks.
There is another method that you can choose and that is called the holistic method. These are generally quite effective and do not normally have side effects. This method can help you find the root cause and possibly end your panic attacks for good.
So why should you ditch medication and move over to a more holistic approach. First of all medication can get expensive and normally only offers short term results. Secondly most medication comes with undesired side effects and you can often become addicted to it.

A good natural stress relief that runs well alongside the breathing exercises is meditation. Meditation comes in different forms and people find comfort in many ways. Some people will just sit down breathe slowly whilst they think good thoughts. Other people will will hum and do chanting exercises as their form of meditation.

Breathing exercises is one of the most commonly used of the holistic techniques. Although breathing into a paper bag is normally the one method most recommended, please note that your symptoms could deteriorate further as you will be breathing in carbon dioxide. The best method is to just breathe in and out slowly through your nose.

Other treatments people turn to include rock therapy and acupuncture to help ease their panic attacks. The body has certain trigger points that can, with a course of accupuncture induce a feeling of relaxation. Attending regular sessions may enable you to see a reduction in the number of panic attacks you have. Rock therapy is a method whereby hot and cold rocks are used on various parts of the body to alleviate stress. The above techniques are really useful, but they may not be enough for the most serious cases.

Herbal holistic treatments can be used in these cases to help decrease your attacks. You must make sure that you consult with a natural therapist before treating yourself as some herbs for stress can be strong and you may get unpleasant reactions if you are already taking any Panic Attack Medicine.

Your priority in life now should be to treat your panic attacks. As stated above you do not need to rely on Panic Attack Medicine to do so as natural stress relief is probably a better method. Go natural, find what works for you and start to feel better now.
